1 Ordering, delivery and payment
1.1 How can I pay?
You can pay with us by. ideal, bank transfer, paypal, credit card etc.

1.2 My payment status remains unchanged?
When you place an order at us and then pay for it, it may take some time until the status of your order has changed to "Paid". Due to the security of our system, this is manually adjusted by our administration.
1.3 Can I also collect my products?
No, we only deliver via the internet.
2 Exchange and return
2.1 Can I return an item?
Take into account a number of conditions:
register the return by creating a ticket (first log in to your account);
return everything to Diamond Paintings Europe, you will find the address on the receipt.
We will not take the item back if:
you have tried to repair a defect yourself;
you have not followed the directions for use and / or instructions for use.
If you want to exchange an item, we will send you the replacement item as soon as we receive the item.

All our stones and working materials are best kept clean with a damp polishing cloth.
Do not use aggressive cleaning agents.
